Role

Non-executive directors strengthen a board by offering independent expert counsel and advice and by acting as a constructive critic in relation to the strategic direction of the company. Because they are not involved in the day to day management of the company and because of their breadth of experience non-executive directors can see issues from a fresh and diverse perspective. With their wide base of contacts non-executive directors can act as a bridge to potential investors or stakeholders.
